We loved the warm professional welcome we were greeted at reception from the lovely Lucy who gave us the most fabulous informative welcome she was both caring & knowledgeable about our stay in BATH ( inc places to Eat that catered for dietary needs)…she is an outstanding Ambassador for the company

Good selection at breakfast - both hot & cold items. The 'make your own waffle' option was a novelty. Only thing missing was a better choice of bread e.g. some white or brown rolls rather than just sliced bread for toasting. The red/green table markers to indicate if a table was or wasn't free is a great idea. Bedroom was great. Two large twin beds with comfortable mattresses. Great shower in the bathroom - large with good water pressure & temperature. If only all hotels would have walk in showers rather than those awful (and dangerous) ones over baths. Very secure, with key card required to use lift or stairs going up. The ability to order a taxi via a terminal in Reception was handy.

Exceptional hotel. The location is brilliant and very close to all the main attractions, the theatre is only 3 minutes walk, roman baths and train station only 6 minutes walk away, the royal crescent is about 8-10 minutes walk. We stayed at the king room and it was a really great size and very spacious. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb and included plenty of great vegetarian, vegan, meat, and even gluten free options. They even have waffle machine which is lovely. Beds are very comfortable and big as well and the room was very clean, plenty of storage as well as hangers provided too

Location was excellent. Easy access to all the main visitor attractions & good choice of bars, restaurants etc. Short walk from station. Rooms are clean & nicely presented & ours was quiet with a bit of a view to the hills of Bath which was nice. Bed & pillows comfortable & spotless bathroom. Complimentary breakfast is a reasonable standard. Staff are welcoming & helpful.

The location in the heart of the city , easily reached from anywhere The room so spacious, with large windows and a city view staff helpful & answer to requests promptly.

Location was really excellent and we could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room basic but adequate. We would certainly stay again.

Excellent location in city centre. Room was very clean, a good size with a very nice bathroom, very large shower enclosure with dual shower heads. Powerful and hot, showered was fantastic. Again, exceptionally clean. Good quality linen and towels. Pillows were lovely, plump and there were plenty available. Large TV on wall opposite the bed, easy to use, great picture. Plenty of complimentary tea/coffee in room. Food was very good, breakfast was fresh and tasty.

I had read that the breakfast was good and was not disappointed! The waffle machine was a highlight and I thought the signage to encourage people to ask staff members for help with gluten free and allergies was good. The selection was appreciated. We liked the location of the hotel, being close to the centre of Bath and an easy walk from the station, but at the same time it was quiet. We had no problems at all with noise. The rooms were very clean, well configured and the mattresses and bedding very comfortable. I did note that the lighting was quite low in the bedroom and that overhead lighting was lacking but it wasn't a problem as we used the lights by the bed.

The location is perfect. It had everything you need inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with easy quick checking in and out! The breakfast was a basic English Breakfast (had better but appreciated the verity). We also had a waffle which was fun but you can choose from many different options which accommodates to everyone's needs. It was about 10-15 minutes walk into the center and 5 minutes to ThermeaSpa which was ideal! Would stay here again, worth the money!
